Crochet handbag, multicolour with heart design

This crochet bag has a plaited strap made from coloured t shirt yarn lengths that is long enough to be worn cross body as well as over one shoulder.  It is made from multicoloured self striping acrylic yarn and features a heart shaped design.  To prevent the bag losing its shape or to avoid items like keys pocking through the fabric, it has been lined with a faux moleskin lining that has been handstitched into position. This bag is the perfect size for a mobile phone, a small purse, facemask and a small bunch of keys - I use something similar on school runs during the summer term, invaluable for when your outfit doesn't have any pockets and you need both hands free.
