Beanie and fingerless mitts set (rainbow coloured)

This hand knitted beanie and fingerless mitts set has been created from a very soft and fluffy rainbow acrylic yarn.  I followed a unisex pattern, so this set will also fit men and boys. As the yarn is self striping, it is difficult to match stripes without wasting yarn. Being environmentally aware, I opted to allow the yarn to stripe away, every part of the set has some or all of the same colours within them, therefore in their own unique way, they match. The pattern takes advantage of stocking stitch curling around on itself when their is no ribbing to keep it flat.
